 Step 1: rough line drawing.

 Step 2: Add a blue bg color.

 Step 3: Use the brush tool and paint the foreground buildings.

 Step 4: Paint background building.

 Step 5: Paint other background building.

Step 6: Fade out the background buildings.

That is to say he reviews B-Movies... not saying he is a terrible movie reviewer. In fact, I am a subscriber to his you tube channel. Decker Shado is definitely one of my top 5 movie reviewers on you tube, along with Red Letter Media, the Nostalgia Critic, Shitcase Cinema, and Fanboy Flicks.

"The internet personality with the best hair." I've been watching this guy's you tube channel quite a bit. He is one of my favorite 'bad movie' reviewers on you tube. His comedy and review style are very entertaining, but more interesting than that is his face. His facial expressions, his hair, and his long face really inspired me to draw him. So this is the first sketch I did. More drawings to come as I watch more of his videos. You should watch them too. Here's the link to his channel:
